This award winning firm has been recognized by the Better Business Bureau for Excellence in Ethics. Co-owners, Dee Ann and Noros Martin were inducted into the 80th FTW Hall of Fame for their continued support of the ENJJPT program at SAFB. They were also decorated by Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands for their support of the Royal Netherlands Air Force Detachment at SAFB when they were conferred with the Order of Orange Nassau. To date the Martins are the only known American husband and wife team who have received this decoration from the Queen.
Dee Ann serves on the Sheppard Military Affairs Committee, Midwestern State University DCOBA Business Advisory Board, First United Methodist Church Administrative Council, Vernon College Foundation Board, and SAFB Heritage Foundation Board. She has been active in other volunteer areas which include, State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee, United Regional Health Care City-County and Foundation Boards, Junior League of Wichita Falls, City Parks Board Chairman, Wichita Falls Independent School District, and Chairman of the Metropolitan YMCA.
Dee Ann has been married to Noros Martin for over 40 years. They have two children and four grandchildren. As a life long residence of Wichita Falls,in North Central Texas, Noros has deep family ties to the real estate and development of Wichita Falls. He received his undergraduate degree from Midwestern State University(MSU) with a major in Business and minor in Finance. Noros was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army Field Artillery.
Following overseas military service, Noros returned to Wichita Falls where he served as a banking officer and member of the Board of Directors at First Wichita National Bank. It was there he learned the importance of making sure that trust and loyalty are part of every customer transaction.
In the aftermath of the 1979 tornado, he founded and served as the first President of the Better Business Bureau serving North Central Texas until his retirement in December 2003. Following 24 years in that position he chose to join his wife, Dee Ann by assisting her in her successful real estate career. Together, they have been inducted into the 80th FTW Hall of Fame for their continued support of ENJJPT at SAFB. They are the only known American husband and wife to be decorated by Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands for their support of the Royal Netherland Air Force Detachment at SAFB. They were also recognized by the Dillard College of Business Administration at MSU as the Academic Internship Program Business Partner of the Year 2009.
Throughout his business career, Noros has also been actively involved in community service. He served as President of the Downtown Rotary Club and Children's Aid Society and has been involved in all levels of Boy Scouting and other non-profit organizations.

Having grown up in Wichita Falls, Analisa appreciates the wonderful family oriented community where she lives and works. She graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 1997.
